The Brody House at 360 Mapleton, it originally sold for 14.88 mill in December of 2011 to an investor that flipped it to Ellen for 39 mill in January of  2014.  15 mill profit in 7 months-not bad.  Ellen DeGeneres has sold the Brody House on L.A.'s Westside to Napster...
